3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or modify any booking in exceptional circumstances, with immediate notice to you.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance: no charge
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: a cancellation fee may apply
No-show without notice: the full booked time is charged
Rescheduling is available by contacting us directly

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior contractual agreement states otherwise.

We accept responsibility for damage directly caused by our team during service delivery
